Healing with the Five Elements: An Introduction to the Concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine
with Patricia Howell – (Sunday 9:00-12:30)

If the foundation of all healing traditions is a profound understanding of how the rhythmic energy of the Earth influences the essential cadence of life, then our task as healers is to sharpen our ability to recognize the way this energy moves through us, and around us.  Using the basic metaphorical concepts of the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an expression of a pattern language that permeates every living thing, this intensive explores the distinctive ways that elemental energies create symptoms of health and disease in the body, mind and spirit. Using this simple, easily understood framework, you will begin to recognize patterns of strength and weakness in a radically new way.

Awakening to Our Power and Tapping Our Profound Roots of Womanhood
with ALisa Starkweather – (Sunday 3:00-6:00, post-conference)

There has not been a greater time in history where the unexpressed power of women is more needed for the survival of life on Earth. Let’s get unstuck in places where we’ve held ourselves back and bring forward our gifts because they matter. Challenging all remnants of unworthiness, we make new choices to recommit to loving our bodies, our visions and our lives. Plan on coming face to face with the one inside who has waited for you to show up and say yes to life fully. This intensive will be life-changing for those who are ready for a shift and nourishing to those whose very essence embodies the sacred feminine.
